For years, the Itelio GmbH team has been active in the arena of classical system houses. In 2004, the first version of Docusnap was released. Over the subsequent years, the Docusnap features have been continuously expanding. Customer feedback represents a special priority to the Docusnap development team. Their wishes and suggestions regarding individual features have been incorporated into the on-going development of Docusnap. This proximity to the field has made it possible for over 1,500 satisfied customers to deploy Docusnap in their networks as of today.
The accomplishments of our development team were honored in 2008 with the commendation of Docusnap 4.10 as the most innovative product for that year. The fifth version of Docusnap was released in December 2009.

Support and Maintenance Agreement, our customers assure themselves that they will receive upgrades and new releases free of charge.
